Keeping employees engaged and connected is difficult for The Secret Service, when the majority of employees are mobile and working alongside the nation’s top officials. Using mobile tools to communicate with employees that aren’t near a computer and aren’t checking their mobile phones regularly, allow for messages and internal communications to be relayed to employees, even when they aren’t within usual business hours.
